Our wonderful vet sent us this internal shot of Cairngorm, done while he was in the surgery for his eight teeth extractions on Wednesday. (We were checking on his trachea, as both his Maltese and Yorkie heritage have an unfortunate tendency to collapsing trachea.)

I was just stunned that our pup is as beautiful on the inside as the outside! See – he’s all heart! (And his trachea, as you can see, is thankfully just fine!)
